Kim, your passion and devotion to what you do was inspiring! You have so much patience and it's obvious how much you love the dogs yuo work with and care about their people too! We got more out of your classes than we ever though we would and just being there inspired us to practise each week. We are so happy with the results and we can't wait to come and do the next level of training.

Your classes were just fantastic - but I think the best thing that we got out of them was really learning to understand what our dog was telling us and being able to know how to respond! The analogies and examples you use helped us better understand her which made us better "parents". We were so appreciative of your advice and assistance - and we love being able to take our dog out for "coffee" with us while she settles down on her mat, just as you said she would! Thank you so much. 

Your classes were fun, relaxing and motivating! The way you rewarded the people - especially our kids - when they did their homework with Jessie made them want to be involved in her training. The kids really responded to your methods and you explained everything so clearly. You really made us feel like training was easy to do - and for first time dog owners that's an almighty achievement!

Kim as you know you were our last hope for Max. We had tried everything - or at least we thought we had - and had resigned ourselves to the fact that we would have to rehome him. I would never have believed we could achieve so much in such a short time. We can now take him out with us and give him the life we wanted. We can't thank you enough for your time and patience and for helping us understand Max. I don't know where he would be now if we hadn't discovered your classes. Thank you.

I've had dogs all my life and have always taken them to obedience classes, but I've never met a trainer who so clearly loves what she does or is so committed to the dogs and people she works with. I loved the classes, the information and all the activities and exercises. I've learned more about my dog in this 6 week class than in 30 years of training - thank you so much!

Myself and my puppy Bateman have been with Kim for 2 training programs - puppy preschool and level 1 training. Kim has managed to assist me in transforming Bateman from an unsettled, disobedient puppy who took me for a walk instead of me taking him for a walk, into a puppy who now immediately listens and responds when asked to do something. These classes have been extremely successful and I am glad I started taking Bateman from puppy preschool. It helped so much. Thank you Kim.

Kim's approach to training really shows how much she loves dogs. Ben and Jessie love the lolly lady - and not just because of the lollies! Kim was encouraging and helped us to recognise our dogs progress when we were feeling frustrated. We found the exercises clear and easy to implement at home and out and about. Thank you Kim!

Excellent dog training and very small groups so one-on-one time was good. Kim was very good at teaching and very approachable in and out of class. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to train a puppy or older dog.

Kim ran the class really well - good structure, good mix of activities, good handouts, clear instructions and feedback and she showed understanding when personal circumstances during the week limited practise time.
